How do I install the browser extension?

Use the link below — it opens Microsoft Edge Add-ons, the Chrome Web Store, or Firefox Add-ons based on your browser. After installing, refresh any marketplace page — the extension will activate automatically. You only need to install it once. Safari is not supported yet: install Google Chrome (or Edge or Firefox), add Sell The Flip there, and use that browser when you import or publish.

Can I use Sell The Flip in Safari?

Not for extension features. We do not ship a Safari Web Extension yet. Use Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox with our extension installed, and open selltheflip.com in that same browser so import and posting work for Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Whatnot, and Facebook Marketplace. eBay uses our API and does not require the extension.

Which marketplaces are supported?

We currently support Poshmark, Mercari, eBay, Depop, Whatnot, and Facebook Marketplace.

Why isn't the extension detecting my marketplace session?

Make sure you're logged into the marketplace in the same browser where the extension is installed. Try refreshing the marketplace page, then return to Sell The Flip and click Import again.

How does AI listing generation work?

Upload a photo of your item and our AI analyzes it to generate an optimized title, description, category, condition, and price suggestions. You can review and edit everything before publishing.

Can I import listings I've already posted on a marketplace?

Yes — that's one of our core features. Go to Import, select a marketplace, and the extension will fetch your active listings so you can bring them into your Sell The Flip inventory.

What happens when I click 'Delist Everywhere'?

The extension will visit each marketplace where the item is listed and remove it for you automatically. Make sure the extension is installed and you're logged in to each platform.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. See our refund policy for details.

Is my marketplace login information stored?

No. Sell The Flip never stores your marketplace passwords or login credentials. The extension communicates with marketplaces using your existing browser session — the same session you use when you visit those sites normally.
