We want you to be completely satisfied with Sell The Flip. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for our subscription plans.
Our Plans
Sell The Flip offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly — $20 per month, billed monthly.
- Annual — $200 per year, billed annually (equivalent to $16.67/month).
All plans provide full access to importing listings, cross-listing to marketplaces, AI auto-fill, and all other features of the Service.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Sell The Flip offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your initial payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
The 7-day window begins at the moment of your first payment. Refund requests received after this period will not be eligible under this guarantee.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@selltheflip.com within 7 days of your purchase.
- Include the email address associated with your account.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
- It is your first subscription purchase with Sell The Flip.
- You submit your request within 7 days of that initial purchase.
Recurring subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are not eligible for refunds.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals after the initial billing period.
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after the initial purchase date.
- Accounts that have previously received a refund from Sell The Flip.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings under Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access until then and will not be charged again after cancellation.
Discretionary Refunds
Sell The Flip may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds outside of this policy as a one-time courtesy. Such exceptions do not set a precedent or create an obligation to provide refunds in future situations.
