This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for Sell The Flip subscription plans.
Our Plans
Sell The Flip offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly — $8 per month, billed monthly.
- Annual — $80 per year, billed annually (equivalent to $6.67/month).
All plans provide full access to importing listings, cross-listing to marketplaces, AI auto-fill, 24 images per listing, CSV import and export, and all other features of the Service.
Refund Eligibility
All subscription purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Sell The Flip and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Recurring subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@selltheflip.com with the email address associated with your account.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals after the initial billing period.
- Accounts that have previously received a refund from Sell The Flip.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings under Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access until then and will not be charged again after cancellation.
Discretionary Refunds
Sell The Flip may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds outside of this policy as a one-time courtesy. Such exceptions do not set a precedent or create an obligation to provide refunds in future situations.
